Effective May 18, 2011, all orders processed through VetMedDirect.com will be charged a $1.00 handling fee. This fee will apply to the shopping cart upon checkout.
VetMedDirect.com offers free shipping on many qualifying items found throughout our extensive product catalog. The Free Shipping offer applies to qualifying orders over $39. Orders containing qualifying items, but not meeting the $39 minimum order amount will be charged for shipping costs. Sorry, but our Free Shipping offer does not apply to any drop ship items or perishable items that require a cooler for shipping. Free Shipping offer applies to Standard Shipping within the continental United States only.
We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), 2-Day Service and Next Day Service. All in-transit times are business days, Monday through Friday. We ship via the following carriers: FedEx and USPS Priority Mail.
