PEN BP-48, PRODUCT # 1-1111613 – 500ML WITH LOT # BL 710121, BL711141, BL809129, BL811163, BL812177. TEVA Animal Health is initiating a voluntary market withdrawal of Dura-Pen
and Pen BP-48, with lot numbers as listed above. While there is no data indicating
the products do not meet finished product specifications throughout their shelf
life, there is inconsistent or potentially incomplete documentation to support
these products were developed, manufactured, controlled and tested in substantial
compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. This recall is being made with
the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.
