"As a first time consumer who lives across the country, S. Carolina, I have to admit that I was impressed with my treatment of VetMedDirect! Ms. Kim and Ms. Betty are phenomenal to say the least. As an owner of a insulin required pet, I had some great concerns about the quality of the product since the price was cheaper that what I paid at the my vet. Ms. Kim answered all my questions from the quality of the actual perscription to how and why the company sold the items so cheap! She was great and assured me that they had my pet, Jabara, best interest was what she not only had in mind personally but it was policy of the company. Ms. Betty followed it up with an email confirming the day it would be mailed to me and the exact amount of the shipment and sure enough it arrived right on time! What impressed me more is that the cost was not deducted from my account until it arrived to my home and my pet is responding well to the product so the quality is good. Awesome work VetMedDirect! "
